Our standard turnaround is 12-14 business days from payment and final artwork approval to ship. Rush options may be available for an added fee.

Can you help with artwork setup?

Yes. We can clean up your files, separate colors, and make sure your design is print-ready. Artwork adjustments include an additional hourly fee. Don't worry, we will include this in your quote.

Do you offer specialty finishes (like metallics or puff ink)?

Yes. We can add select specialty finishes like pearl, puff, or glow-in-the-dark inks for an extra punch. These options are available on a project-by-project basis and may add additional setup time or cost.

What happens if something goes wrong with my order?

We stand by our work. If there’s an issue with print quality or defects, we’ll work with you to make it right. Just make sure to let us know within 2 weeks of order delivery.
