Monster Ball Event Rules and Ticket Terms

By purchasing, registering, or using a ticket for Monster Ball, you agree to the following terms.

Age Requirement

Monster Ball is a 21+ event. Every attendee must present a valid, government-issued photo ID upon entry. A ticket does not guarantee admission if the attendee cannot provide acceptable proof of age.

Tickets and Admission

Each ticket is valid only for the event and admission quantity stated on the ticket. Tickets may not be resold, transferred, duplicated, copied, or shared.

Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale, duplication, fraud, or chargeback abuse may be cancelled without notice.

All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final. Tickets, packages, fees, and included merchandise are nonrefundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

Failure to attend, inability to provide identification, removal from the event, personal schedule changes, and failure to complete ticket registration do not qualify for a refund.

Event Merchandise

Merchandise included with a ticket package must be picked up at Monster Ball. Included merchandise will not be shipped.

Attendees must provide any requested size information during ticket registration. Merchandise pickup may require the corresponding ticket and identification. Included merchandise cannot be exchanged for cash or ticket credit.

Conduct and Removal

Monster Ball is intended to be a safe and welcoming event. Harassment, threats, fighting, unwanted physical contact, property damage, dangerous behavior, excessive intoxication, unlawful conduct, or refusal to follow staff or venue instructions will not be permitted.

The organizer, venue, security personnel, and authorized event staff may refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with these rules. Removal or denied entry for these reasons will not result in a refund.

Alcohol and Identification

Alcohol service is controlled by the authorized alcohol provider. Guests must comply with all identification requirements, service limitations, and instructions from bartenders, event staff, security personnel, and the venue.

The alcohol provider may refuse service at its discretion. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee alcohol service.

Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organizer and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property to the extent permitted by law.

Event Changes

Event programming, entertainment, activities, merchandise pickup procedures, and operating details may be adjusted when reasonably necessary. Material event updates will be communicated using the contact information associated with the order or ticket registration.

Acceptance

By completing ticket registration, the attendee confirms that they are at least 21 years old, have reviewed these Event Rules and Ticket Terms, and agree to follow them.
